Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with MB Bael. Below you'll find details on how and when your order will be shipped.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 working days.
Our working days are Tuesday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: During busier periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer standard shipping within Lithuania and internationally.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

Lithuania: 1–3 working days
European Union: 4–10 working days
Rest of the world: 7–21 working days (subject to customs delays)

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or customs services.

3. Packaging

In an effort to reduce waste, we reuse boxes and filler materials whenever possible.
As a result, your parcel may arrive in packaging that varies in appearance and may not feature logos or custom branding.

We hope you’ll appreciate this environmentally conscious choice.

4. Customs & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping fees.

5. Tracking Your Order

All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be provided via email once your parcel has been sent.

6. Local Pickup

We do not currently offer local pickup via the website. If this changes in the future, updated information will be added here.
